Prestatyn – Where to Eat!

We had brought tons of food with us to make in our little AirBnB, but the guidebook left for us to look through was filled with delicious restaurant options, so instead we splurged and had a fabulous few days!

Patagonia Welsh Roots

Our first night was the biggest treat – we saw a listing for steak and just turned up. It was delicious, lovely staff, everyone loved Alfie even when he mostly just sang the alphabet on repeat and it was just a really nice evening out. If you don’t know what type of steak you want the staff are really helpful too and we got exactly what we wanted – yum!

Deja Vu

Nom nom nom – galettes are just about one of my favourite things ever and they open at 11 and then close when the last customer leaves. That’s my kind of place – this was delicious and Alfie even managed to polish off a cheese pancake all by himself! WOW! Praise indeed!

Welsh Cakes

Our AirBnB host was the absolutely sweetest lady and she left us so many treats including Welsh cakes (basically squashed scones) with butter and jam. These were so good we actually went to Lidl to get a load more to eat and they’re perfect souvenirs too!

Darbey’s Fish and Chips

I mean I wouldn’t go here for the service but the food was epic and look at the size of the portions! The three of us shared one meal lol!

Plus we had our daily ice cream and made pasta in our little home away from home – would go back again and eat at exactly the same places! Let us know if there’s anywhere we missed!
